We also collect information about your business services, hours, and booking preferences to configure your AI receptionist.

  • Setting up and configuring your AI phone receptionist
  • Sending SMS and email notifications about calls and booking requests
  • Processing payments and managing your subscription
  • Communicating with you about your account and service updates

3. SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number as part of the Vela AI onboarding process, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account. These messages include call summaries, booking alerts, service setup instructions, and account or billing notices. Message frequency varies based on your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not share mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in and consent data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile information or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with the third-party service providers necessary to operate the service — including Twilio (SMS/phone), Vapi (AI voice), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email) — and only to the extent required to deliver the service to you. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements and may not use your data for independent marketing.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
